Introduction
Little Sunshines Agency & Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognises the importance of protecting the personal information that you (“the User”) provide to us. Therefore, the Company has implemented this privacy policy that respects and addresses that.

1. The Company collects information from the User at several different points on the website.
2. The Company is the sole owner of the information collected on the Company’s website.
3. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
4. Consent to collect information can be express (eg. signing an agreement) or implied (eg. if the User is given an opportunity to opt-out of a specific form of information sharing, but chooses not to do so, the Company implies that the User chooses to share this information with us.
5. The Company processes personal information on web hosting servers which may not be in your present country.

1. The Company may send the User emails and WhatsApp Messages with a list of our available positions which the User can opt-out from receiving any time.
2. On occasion the Company will email enewsletters to provide the User with information that the Company thinks the User will find useful, including information about new products and services as well as labour relations updates which the User can opt-out from receiving any time.
3. The Company might also contact the User by email to see if the User is interested in participating in market research regarding the Company and/or any of its products or services.
4. The Company may also contact the User by email or via other communication means to respond to customer-service complaints that the User has submitted, to address a problem affecting the User’s use of the service, to facilitate the User’s enquiry, queries and requirements or to verify the User’s account information if the User submits a password request.

Information Sharing

1. The Company may share aggregate demographic information with its advertisers or information collection companies, but will not reveal any personally identifiable information in these instances.

4. The Company may share a User’s contact information with other registered Users for the purposes of resolving support queries relating to the Company or the service provided to a User by another User.
   1. This contact information includes, but is not limited to, name, surname, email address and phone number.
   2. Typically, this would be providing a buyer’s contact details to a seller or vice versa, where the Company has the necessary information to assist, but cannot actually resolve a support query.

The Company will not voluntarily disclose any information about individual users, except as described in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with applicable laws or valid legal process, or to protect the rights or property of The Company or others, to assist our email vendor with resolving complaints about unsolicited email, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.

2. The Company reviews our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that it will only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve its services.
3. The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information it processes is accurate, complete, and current, but the Company depends on its users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary and possible.

1. The Company takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.
2. The servers that the Company stores personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.
3. The Company restricts access to personal information to the Company’s employees who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve its services.
4. The Company subscribes to all applicable Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (“PCI-DSS”) requirements and maintains such to the best of its abilities in its possession, storage, processing and/or transmission of cardholder data on behalf of our merchants and customers.

Acquisition or Merger

1. It is possible that the Company and/or any of our assets may be acquired in an acquisition or a merger.
2. In such a transaction, customer information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
3. While the Company will endeavour to require the successor company to maintain this Privacy Policy, the Company cannot guarantee that this policy will remain in effect after such a corporate action.

Notification of Changes

1. This policy may be revised over time as new features are added to the website and/or as changes are required due to changing circumstances and/or operational requirements.
2. The Company will post its new Privacy Policy, along with the date of its last revision, prominently so that the User will always know what information the Company gathers, how it might use that information, and whether it will disclose it to anyone.
3. The Company is, however, under no obligation to inform the User of such changes when they happen, although it is assumed that any changes will be minor and will not fundamentally impact the User.
4. Should the change be deemed by the Company to be significant, the Company will endeavour to inform the User of these changes through whatever means it deems necessary (banner on home page, email notification etc.) in a timely manner.
